BEWARE... BEWARE... HORRIBLE.... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... WRONG PRODUCT USED ON MY HOUSE. AS A RESULT MY CEDAR SIDING IS RUINED. $125,000 OF DAMAGES TO MY HOUSE. The ordeal I have endured with Artisons Painting is a cautionary tale that no homeowner should ever have to endure. If I could, I would give them a negative rating for the utterly atrocious experience I've had. This is not a licensed business. My initial encounter with Joe was filled with optimism as we discussed an exterior home project. This project encompassed staining my home and addressing rotted cedar siding across various sections. Regrettably, what should have been a straightforward undertaking turned into a series of mishaps and mismanagement. My concerns began when the project commenced and Joe's crew proceeded to spray my house before addressing the rotted wood, a process that was inherently flawed. My attempts to correct this were met with disregard as Joe insisted that this was their standard procedure we will remove the rotted wood after were done spraying your home. The paint they used was watered down. I addressed that to Joe and he stated it wasn't and that we just put water ontop of the paint so it doesn't dry out. Once they started spraying, I questioned how it looked like water being sprayed on my house. Joe gave me another line, it was just wet. IT WILL BE OK. At the end of the day, my concerns became evident. I saw bubbling throughout the house highlighting a severe lapse in execution. What added to the distress was the revelation that a latex paint had been used instead of the agreed-upon stain, a breach of our contract terms. NEVER WAS A PAINT REQUESTED!!! The lack of supervision on the crew, coupled with a clear misunderstanding of the project scope, only exacerbated the issues. Joe's intermittent presence did little to rectify the situation, as the problems persisted and worsened over 2 days. Materials were utilized without any prior discussion or consent, leading to inappropriate substitutions such as plastic PVC trim around my shed door, and pine wood was slipped in for facia board replacement. Corner boards were replaced with unsuitable wood, and the cedar siding that was installed was on the wrong side--nothing short of a DISASTER! Paint brush streaks adorned the gutters, a stark reminder of the mismatch between oil-based stain and water-based paint. The application failed to adhere as promised, with bubbling and cracks emerging within a day. As the months passed, these flaws have only magnified, rendering my house a disheartening sight. The distressing culmination of this saga has left me utterly disheartened. Not only has the aesthetic appeal of my home been marred, but the workmanship and professionalism promised were but empty words. The nightmare continues as I grapple with the consequences of this ill-fated endeavor. Every glance at my house now evokes a sense of frustration and sorrow. Artisons Painting has been nothing short of a disaster. The lack of adherence to contract terms, disregard for quality workmanship, disregard for the customer and their home and evident lack of supervision have transformed what should have been a positive transformation into an ongoing nightmare. I implore others to exercise extreme caution before considering their services.

I met with a few contractors and received estimates for an exterior painting project on our 118 year old home. Joe came in with a fair estimate and provided pictures of the work he had done around the neighborhood. His crew performed power-washing, scraping and painting and completed a large project in under a week's time. Joe's crew were professional and courteous. Joe was very professional and responded to calls very timely. The paint job looks fantastic and has transformed our home and added some major curb appeal. I would recommend Joe and his crew to anybody who asks. Keep up the good work fellas.

To me the integrity of a man and his company is how issues are handled after the fact, after the work is complete and money has changed hands. Joey passed that test with flying colors, he is someone who can be trusted to stand by his work and his word.

Everything went very smoothly. Joey called within a short time after I emailed him asking for a estimate on this job and scheduled a time to come out. A day was scheduled as soon as I let Joey know we wanted them to do the job. Santiago came out and made sure the walls were repaired to perfection and did a great job on the painting. Anything that needed to be protected was. Very happy how everything turned out. I would recommend this company and would hire again.

Joey came out quickly and gave a thorough estimate, scheduled the work for one week later. Scott came out at 8am, was very friendly, worked hard, and finished before 4pm. Joey and another team member came out to help with the finishing touches. It looks beautiful, would definitely call them again.

We wanted to renovate our basement into a family room - which we knew was going to require a good amount of drywall work, trim work, and painting. The family room and hallway had been 1/2 trimmed by the previous owner - with a custom trim that would have been very difficult to match. We worked with Artisons to salvage the custom trim from other rooms, and the repaired it, and cut it to fit in the main rooms. They also replaced the trim from where we took it with a comparable trim. They fixed some major wall damage, which required significant fairing and smoothing, as well as a couple other holes and cut outs. They painted the stairwell down, ceilings, family room, hallway, and guest bedroom. Including the painting the time. Artisons did a fantastic "custom" job for us, and were prompt, professional, and quick! Their prices are great, and we are thrilled with the work done! In fact, their trim work is so good that the original trim that was left in place now looks shoddy by comparison. I highly recommend them for any project!

Had estimate done in 8/15 we had some health problems come up so didn't call to have work done until January. We called came out to look at room he came out that week and was able to do the room in a day and 1/2 cleaned up. Everything went well. Joseph was very professional.
