That was a complete disaster, and so I am writing to the BBB and told them about the situation. The inspector of the city of Chicago, said they need to be investigated. He called his boss, and it wasn't his boss, and the city inspector suggested that I get my electrical work and gutter work done by other people. You can't believe what they did on my front yard, I got pictures but I am waiting for the thaw to get more pictures. He wouldn't even give me his bosses first name. The city inspector told me that he is his own boss, and he or his brother has his own territory too, and they have their own separate entities. The BBB wants everything. Paperwork and copies everything. I am taking it to another level too beside the Better Business Bureau. I picked the wrong people. He didn't know what he was doing. He has messed up my lawn, and he had dug two holes, one on either side and all the way up to the other side of the side walk. When his supposedly boss came, and asked him about it, he said he lost the vision on it, and that is why he put it out there. His boss shook his head, and it was a disaster. He had the nerve to loud talk me saying he wanted his final payment, and he hadn't even finished his work. He named two people as his boss. It is a good thing that I didn't let him do the electrical work, and I asked him where his license was, and he said he had forgotten it at home. I told them to leave and get out of my house. He burrowed a hose in my foundation, and he put a down sprout which looks like an octopus, and the city inspector asked me what that was. I told them this was not right, and I said that they didn't know what they were doing. They burrowed holes in my brick wall. The supervisor was Reuben Rosato. He doesn't know what he is doing to put an injector pump. I am not the only one that he did two holes and the people are furious. I went with the BBB before I went with him, and they had never heard of him, and Angie's List didn't recommend him. Reuben did the bad work, and then he wanted to come out and do my electrical work. The city inspector asked them what they were doing out there, and Reuben told him that he had to make another hole there. He then came to tell me that he could put a nice little plant there. I told him that he always got high marks on his speech,and he could get people to go his way, and when I told them to get off my property, he had the nerve to tell me and tell me, that because I didn't pay him, and I got another man to do the electrical work, his wife got all upset, and he had to take her to hospital. I am really upset because he was supposed to have finished this in a month, and I am on medication because of this. They sent me a xeroxed copy of work they were supposedly have done, but they didn't do the work. I did make them sign a statement saying that I could get a written copy, and that they had paid in full. He was following me every where I went, and he said I was the boss, and he asked me what I wanted to do. I told him that he was supposed to do the demolition of my basement and that is what it is on my contract. I took everything out of the closet in my basement, and I asked him when they would start the demolition work, and he said that he got busy, and he got so many jobs going on, and that he was going to another job. He came back 4 hours later. He did that pump outside, and he then said he had to wait for it to dry, and he would go away for an hour. There were so many things that happened where that job was concerned. They put a top over the injection thing, and the inspector stood over it, and he slid on it, and he could lift it with his foot. He said that they needed something heavier.
