 + -1 moreI had an attached deck - single level raised deck - that was rotting so I wanted to have the deck demo'd and removed. I contacted and corresponded with the company via e-mail and sent them pictures of my deck. I arranged for them to demo the deck within a week of my original contact. They arrived about 1/2 hour late, however, they did call in advance to let me know they were running late. The job was huge to remove the deck and very labor intensive. There were 2 individuals who worked diligently for about 3 1/2 hours. Not only did they remove the deck but also cleaned up the underlying debris. They were very thorough and focused on the task at hand. Their English language skills were not excellent but we managed to communicate just fine.
Description of Work: Demolition of deck and removal of all material

dumpster service
 + -1 moreThey told me they would call 1/2 hour before dropping off the dumpster, which was scheduled for 8:30 AM. They called right on time and arrived on time. The driver was very accommodating considering it was a tight space that he had to maneuver the dumpster in. They called on the day they were supposed to pick it up to let us know they were coming. It was a very smooth process. This is the 3rd time we have used them and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Called on a Wednesday to order a 20-yard dumpster for Friday morning. They gave me the price ($340) which was comparable if not better than other companies. There was an additional charge for a permit ($50) which the city of Chicago requires. The permit was for 3 days. I had an option of a 3 day permit or a 30 day permit ($100).

Description of Work: THEY CLEANED OUT A WHOLE HOUSE FULL OF GARBAGE AND REMOVED AN ABANDONED CAR FROM A GARAGE.
