Blue prints show finished 2nd floor door dimensions, but rough door openings were over built 1 inches in height. They were discovered after the wall board was completed and painted and needed to be downsized and drywalled before finished doors could be installed. Drywall job substandard, numerous requests to improve were ignored and builder painted over it. Was verbally threatening. Also used profanity in the presence of my children. Existing home under addition was not properly secured against the weather and had water damage to 1st floor ceilings; 80-90% was replaced. It took about 5 weeks for the new addition's roof to be shingled. Didn't show up on time and work dates were not kept.

Great estimate. Friendly on the phone. Did not start on the day he said, did not call me to say he wasn't coming. Did this several days. Unprofessional appearance and attitude; disorganized. 1 day job took 5 days. Materials were stolen from my property by a disgruntled worker. Different workers each day. Cigarette butts, nails, and dangerous exposed nails. No receipt was provided as agreed upon when check was picked up from mailbox. However, the work did look good.
