They held on to my items for 3 weeks because of mechanical problems, then had a mix up with some other peoples items. Then the didn't check off boxes/ furniture off the master list when dropping off. I was told at my storage by the mover that he would separate boxes and furniture. Not done. Digging though storage I found a small box with a big HEAVY label on it crushing a box labeled fragile. My load came down on big truck with another parties goods. Mover called multiple times trying to get me to dig in my storage to find their missing items. Am I missing items? Probably, won't know until I move into house now being built. Think twice before using this outfit.
