I hired Michael Johnson to appraise my downtown condo . To my chagrin he used property comparisons dated 2010, 2011, 2012. When I questioned Mr. Johnson why the appraisal lobby photo was of another property and why he didn't pull the 2 recent solds in my building in the same tier dated 3/2015 and 4/2014, he became defensive. I ask him to either reimbuse me the $300 or reappraise my property. Within a few hours I received the original appraisal with the correct lobby photo, however, no updates to his flawed evaluation. I hired Mr. Johnson for a property value appraisal and what I received was outdated comps used to appraise a home in 2016. This was a gross waste of my time and money!

I received my appraisal within days of Michael's visit. The report was thorough and will assist me in getting a fair price for my place. Thanks very much.
