All I can say is wow. Michael responded immediately, came out to the site the same day, was professional, courteous and friendly. The appraisal report was back to me within 2 business days. I would most definitely recommend MJ Appraisals to anyone looking to have their home appraised.

I would recommend MJ Appraisals as he arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule, and begin with the outside assessment, taking photo's and once inside the property conducted a complete property assessment and concluded by providing a comprehensive and timely report.

Michael was flexible and able to meet when we were available. His appraisal was completed in a reasonable amount of time. He called to let me know it was emailed and asked if I had any questions.

We had some scheduling problems because of requested timing, inaccessability of the subject property, and itinerary conflicts, but with Michael we worked around those obstacles and he did a very thorough job, in a good and professional manner. His report is well organized, and nicely incorporates an excellent set of pictures of the exterior and interior of the property.
