Michael was very prompt in his response and scheduling of the appraisal. He was able to schedule me very quickly to hit a fast approaching deadline. His work was done quickly and professionally, I received the appraisal two days after he did the walk-through of my unit. I would highly recommend Michael, he did a great job.
