Inaccurate appraisal. Undershot actual market value by 20 percent, which was confirmed via multiple purchase offers the same week.

Mr. Johnson was very professional and personable. He arrived early. He called me to tell me he was going to be early, but it was OK if I couldn't be there until our scheduled time. The appraisal was in Chicago and I live in Indiana. The appraisal didn't take very long, about 45 minutes. We got a great appraisal and a fair price. I would definitely recommend him to others.

He didnt listen to what I told him about the house before some work was done. I had to make several calls to him and dont feel the appraisl is completely correct. He doesnt return emails or calls.
