MJ/Johnson Appraisals

Michael was very friendly, professional, and thorough. We had our appraisal in hand in just a couple of days. The appraisal documented the property fully (internal, external, and damage where applicable). Comps were clearly listed. Credentials and license were included in the appraisal. Price was very reasonable. The senior discount is very much appreciated. The appraisal was for my parents home (they are senior citizens), and he was very respectful and patient with them. I highly recommend Michael!

Mr. Johnson was very pleasant and professional. Was very easy to book appointment. He called ahead to confirm appointment and arrived on time. I was running a little late that I had asked him to please wait for a few minutes and he did so with no problem. I certainly apologized for having him wait for me. Took a few days to get report but I had no problem with that and it was the weekend. Report was within what we were thinking it would be. Definitely someone I would recommend.

Great customer service with an appraisal report that accurate and timely.

The appraiser said he couldnt take pictures of water stains on the ceiling because it wouldnt show in pictures. He was not helpful and in fact downright rude. He made me cry from frustration and I was pointing out damages. He was not thorough do not hire!
