About us

After an early Retirement from the printing industry, I had the opportunity to start my own small business in remodeling. Over the last four years I've also expanded into maintenance and handy-man/repairs. Depending on the size and type of job I may work alone or bring on an assistant. I will contract out to sub-contractors I have experience with or with someone the homeowner is comfortable with. I will gladly supply a list of references and prior customers. Over the years I am proud to have built a list of repeat customers. I have not advertised, as my previous customers have been my best source of referral and advertisment! I believe my customers are as individual as their jobs. Therefore, some jobs may have a price per the proposal, for projects like complete kitchens or baths. For those I typically require half down to start with the balance due upon competion. I also give the homeowner the option of purchasing all the material. Other repair or maintenance jobs may be charged on an hourly basis which is discussed and agreed on with the homeowner. My goal is to keep the homeowner satisfied and this starts with the initial phone call. Some of my clients aren't exactly sure what they want, but they know they need a new kitchen or bath. Or, they aren't familiar with all the choices and new materials offered. I am always happy to assist with as much information as I can to make you comfortable! I can advise on the latest plumbing fixtures or what trends or current materials are "in". It is also my goal to help the customer save money by making the right choices and materials for their "budget". I enjoy the type of work which I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to do and I look forward to my next project.........please feel free to give me a call!
