Description of Work: De Vega Concrete was awesome! We pre-arranged that I would have to wait several months to get service because they were so booked up. They were a pleasure to deal with and I love my pathways. They were well worth the wait!

Description of Work: They set one price for you can approve the contract then they show a higher quote. Then they offer other services. |They say, what they would do but they do something else . That is not worth the money for the job they did. I had them come out three times before it was done the way they said it would be done. But not worth it. Very unsatisfied.

Description of Work: I cannot write enough good things about De Vega Concrete. We booked them several months before we wanted the work done, a new garage floor. De Vega stops accepting new work when they feel they are fully booked so customers are not disappointed. I wish more contractors did that. Communication is key and Fidel De Vega is very good communicating by text. The crew was polite and efficient and cleaned up after excavating the old concrete. Fidel De Vega himself did the final clean up when the job was finished. He is honest and very conscientious. We have recommended him to several of our friends.

Description of Work: Rene called me on the same day that he was going to come to give me a price quote. He said that he couldn't make it - I said if he could come out the next day, Saturday, and he said no, because he didn't work on Saturdays. I then asked if he could make it during the week - that I get home by 6:30 p.m. He said that he worked until 4 p.m. No one from DeVega Concrete ever called me back to reschedule the appointment.

REPAIRED FIVE CRACKS IN FOUNDATION. | |Fidel and his crew were professional and worked around my schedule on a very short notice. They cleaned up the area each day, and even swept the street in front of the house after they were done. The work performed was better than expected, and service was good. Price was not the cheapest of the four estimates that I got, but by far was the most detailed. I knew what each section of work was going to cost. We had several change orders, even on the day he started. | |I would recommend him on his work.

Description of Work: Removed remaining front concrete walkway leading to the front door. They then installed concrete forms for the replacement walk and was able to apply the changes to the walkway that I wanted.

Description of Work: Fidel does a great job. Very professional and willing to work with you. He quoted numerous different options for all the work we wanted. He came thru the night before to do a walk thru and agreed to final layout and scope of work. His team showed early and got down to work. I came home around lunch and Fidel explained how everything had been laid out pre pour. When the inspector came he noted some discrepancies but Fidel came out to work with him and ended up passing. The final pour looked great. He did two stoops and a 1300 sqf patio. The work was great. The one thing ill say is get your concrete done in the summer because we did it this fall and you could tell they were stressed out by the backlog. The work was great but some of the details on job site clean up we're rushed like some concrete left on my railings. Overall though I'd hire him again.

Description of Work: The first week of August I had contacted DeVega Concrete requesting an estimate for having my front stoop fixed and to bid out a separate estimate on my front walkway. I followed the instructions left on the voicemail, leaving my name, phone number and address information. I never heard back from anyone.August 15th, I followed up with DeVega and spoke with a man, think he may have said his name was Chuck?....regardless, I advised that I had asked for an estimate and he again got all my address info. He then said I may want to go with a contractor that worked more in my area, but if I still wanted an estimate he would add me to his Thursday evening schedule. I agreed to await his visit on Thursday evening. My husband is also a Veteran so very interested in supporting a Veteran owned business.Thursday evening came and went with no visit by 7pm and no phone call to communicate a change in plans. After 7pm I no longer consider that the evening so my husband and I went to attend a wake.I called this morning and got voicemail of same man identifying self as DeVega Concrete...again I believe the name is Chuck...poor sound quality. My point in reporting this is if I am outside your service area or you simply don't want to be bothered...COMMUNICATE. Bottom line with business you need to communicate with your potential customer base. Extremely disappointed with my time wasted.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced broken concrete/asphalt driveway, walkway and steps. Work also included replacing sidewalk damaged ripping out old concrete. Crew tore up and hauled away the junk one day and poured and leveled the cement the next.
