I threw Unique Construction W & S card away because he treated me like a stupid female when I asked him to come and look at my deck. He swore my deck moved when he pulled up and I kind of looked at him because I have lived in this house since 2006 and my deck has never moved and it wasn't even breezy that day. He found 90 million different problems with my deck, my fence that was just repaired and everything else.I told him I would get back to him and I never bothered, he treated me like I didn't know anything. Most of what he told me was bull crap. I guess I tuned him out. He came out after a week and a half and he came out an hour after our scheduled time.

Professional job.

They are excellent. They are very clean and they always clean up before they leave for the day. That is very important for me because I have small children and I don’t want them to get hurt. They were pretty good, they were always on time, and they always showed up. They are reliable people.

Company has a website that you can ask for estimates, quotes, etc. However, I sent them a message and they did not respond and did not hear from them. Nice website, but they lack communication with customers.

My husband and I were looking for someone to remodel a powder room and take care of some odds and ends projects around the house. I contacted Unique Construction on Oct. 21, 2010 to request an appointment for an estimate. Someone returned my call a couple of hours later and set up an appointment for that evening at 6 p.m. Salwomir and another man arrived on time. They were pretty cordial. They were walked through the home and shown the various things that needed to be done. They stated they could do the work we needed done and indicated they might be able to start as early as Oct 26, 2010. Before leaving I wrote down our e-mail address so they could e-mail an estimate to us. When we did not receive an estimate from Unique Construction I called them once. One of the men who came to our house stated they were going to get the estimate together and send it us. We never received anything from them. If they had at least called or e-mailed to say they were not going to be available for the job we would be able to say we would consider them for future projects, but since they did not, we won't contact them again.

I am very satisfied with this company work and that was the reason I used them for remodeling of my 2nd bathroom. This company completed work on the 1st bathroom in my home few weeks ago. I like this company because they are very fast, cleaan and stick to promised deadlines. Very professional!!

The quote was higher than another company for the same product. We just weren't interested, we had other businesses we were looking into.
