Since the man was already here, I ended up asking him to do more than he had expected, but he was capable and could do what was necessary. Perhaps if I had gotten a specific person for a specific job -- my original intent -- things might have moved more smoothly, but they did get done. Still waiting for a screen to be replaced, but this isn't crucial. I believe he has already ordered the screen. Very courteous.
