The job is to start on 11/30/09. I was contacted by Frank Manella in early October 2009 over the phone. He was very pleasant, knowledgable and experienced. He knew exactly what I needed to have done for my basement before he even saw it. I feel very comfortable about having them do the work at my home. His advice has saved me a lot of money and hardship with my basement remodeling project. Frank was very responsive and respectful. His advice was very sound and practical. His prices are very reasonable and fit my budget exactly. The job has not been performed yet. However, I feel confident that they will do a great job.

Excellent service. Finished the work in a timely manner. Trustworthy.... able to work on his own. Frank installled two kitchen floors in my building. The floors are great and completed to my satisfaction. He patched a doorway and walll, which had water damage. The wallll looks great. He also installed two faucets and repaired a tub faucet and tile area. Hes' great......an all around handyman. I hope that he'll come back to help me again.

Frank did very good work and in a timely fashion. (Unlike the delay in my response time for his review). However, in one sentence I can sum up my experience with him...Not for 1 minute did I worry about Frank being at my house regarding the safety of my wife, kids, or dogs when I wasn't present. I would hire him again without concern.
