Roofing,flat roofs (torch down) and shingles Seamless gutters, soffit ,fashia Aluminum cap windows and doors.We have a small dumptruck to remove all debris (no dumpsters). large magnets with wheels to pick up nails.We only tear-off portions of the roof we do that day the rest will remain covered in case of bad weather.Work is done with in 1-3 days depending on the size and amount of work to be done.We pull all permits for the work to be done.

Description of Work: Pvp did a tear off and roof replacement.They also did new gutters and fascia. The work looks very good and there have been no problems after one year.

I was 100% pleased. (Was a little worried at first because their price was about $900 less than the other two guys, butthey didn't include the 25 feet of gutters.) I got their name from a friend who used them a few years ago. He highly recommended them. The quality of their work was excellent. They Showed up on time, they were polite, very professional, they finished on time. They cleaned up my backyard and frontyard of any mess. I am very pleased with everything they did, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: Remove two layers of old shingles. Repair any damage to roof. Replaced 4 sections of roof plywood. Install ice shield 6 feet up around entire roof. Install ice shield in all valleys on roof. Install ice shield on patio roof. Installed aluminum trim on exposed wood on roof. Installed new roof vents. Repaired/replaced flashing around chimney, skylight and other vents. Reshingled entire roof with 3,300 sq ft GAF Timberline High Defination Shingles (lifetime limited warranty, 10 year tear off full warranty.) PVP full 5 year labor warranty against leaking or repair or damage. They also replaced 25 feet of gutters around my patio addition.

He came out twice, once for the estimate and then for the actual work. He did our roof, our gutters about 10 years ago. He does an excellent, the neighbors even asked about him after working on our roof. Excellent.
