Puroclean Disaster Mitigation Services is a provider of fire, water, mold as well as biohazard damage property recovery services in the Chicagoland area. We are leading experts in the fields of water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold removal and also expert renovators of residential and commercial properties. We are locally owned and operated, and we have over 55 years combined experience in construction/restoration business. Our staff provides the experience, expertise, and creativity to completely restore homes, commercial and government properties. Our main goal is to make all our customer happy, in these times of crisis by making sure all technicians are able to get the best learning methods and have access to the latest information regarding training and certifications. We are constantly adding to our knowledge of renovation and restoration by attending schools, seminars, and training sessions. We put a lot of efforts into educating the community— insurance professionals throughout Chicagoland have participated into our seminars. We’ve donated our time and services where needed—we continuously provide food, clothing, and furniture items to people in need. We are certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration holding certifications in: WRT, FSRT, ASD, AMRT as well as EPA certification as LEAD RENOVATORS.

This was one of a few times that everything went excellent. Puroclean workers were respectful, on time and showed a lot of compassion. They've dealt with the insurance adjuster too, so they helped me a lot to get over this crisis.
Description of Work: The basement of my house flooded because of a pipe that burst, There were three rooms including the utility room. A lot of items to be removed and water to be pumped out.
