Description of Work: Called for siding repair after a rain storm; not available in late fall through winter for work. My thought is that if I ever hired this company to perform work, what happens in the winter if there is repair work needed? They are not available like most roofing companies after October and close their business for the season.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the work that Prusak Roofing did. They came out the same day I called to check for the leak and then replaced the vent cover that same day.
Description of Work: Prusak originally installed a new roof on my house about 10 years ago. I was having a problem with a leak in the roof. Prusak came out to check and locate the problem. It turned out that it was not the roof but the chimney that was causing the problem. They showed me how the chimney was falling apart. While inspecting the roof they found a vent cover that was damaged and replaced it.

+ -1 moreI had a leak so I called and they were out the same day to estimate. The estimator was really honest and explained I had no leak however a ventilation issue. He quoted me a price and it was fair so I went with them to do the repairs. They were right on schedule with the repair date, showed up and by the time I arrived home from work my roof was on and it looked like they were never there. Awesome job and clean up too!
Description of Work: Stripped off old roof, installed six vents and a solar fan in addition to a new roof.

+ -1 moreEverything went better than can be expected. I talked to Mr. Prusak about doing the siding and facia as well as the roofing. In the end the facia and siding will have to wait, but he was very generous with his time explaining pros and cons to all of the different topics. When the rubber hit the road, they called with more than 24 hours notice and were done with a split level house and a garage within a day. Not a single roofing nail to be found around the house. They had this really neat loader that lifted the roofing right up to where they needed it. My kids thought that was the coolest thing ever. My neighbor was so impressed, he called them.
Description of Work: Tore off old roof, repaired some of the damaged sub-structure, and installed a brand new roof.

+ -1 moreOverall I was very impressed with Prusak. They were very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They took a little long fitting us into their roofing schedule(this is their main work), but it was worth the wait. They did a very good job with the installation and made sure to clean up after themselves. I would hire them again for any roofing job that I needed.
Description of Work: We contracted with Prusak Roofing to have a Solar Tube and a solar attic fan installed. The solar tube was installed in our hallway to allow sunlight into out hall so that we would not have to have a light on all of the time. While we were having the Solartube installed we thought it would be a good idea to have a solar fan installed as well. The solar fan uses no electricity and operates as long as there is daylight.
