They don't stand by their work. Originally they came out and took some pictures and said the work wasn't that bad. The tiles are coming up and there was black tar coming up between the tiles. The cuts were terrible. It was an awful job and I would never use them again.

I also had a bad experience with this company. I contacted them last year prior to joining Angie's List to get an estimate on several small jobs. They advertised heavily in this neighborhood when they first opened, claiming to be professional. When the person was close to an hour late, I called the office only to be told by the young girl answering the phone that the man went to pick up his fiance from the airport before the appointment. She couldn't tell me how long he'd be & reluctantly called him on his cell phone when I persisted. When she called back & was rude, claiming he wasn't that late, & told me he was in traffic, I told her not to bother & she hung up on me. I tried to call back & got a man who, when I tried to explain my problem, immediately transferred me back to her. I would never use or recommend this company.

THEY BROKE FOUR PROMISES, AND NEVER KEPT ONE. SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE, THEY NEVER CAME. SET UP ANOTHER, NEVER CAME. ASKED IF MANAGER WOULD CALL ME, NEVER HAPPENED. ASKED IF THE MAIN OFFICE WOULD CALL ME, DIDN'T HAPPEN.

AFTER HANDYMAN WAS DONE WITH THE DRYWALL, HE ADVISED MY HUSBAND TO SAND IT HIMSELF THE NEXT DAY. WHEN HE DID, A CHUNK FELL OFF. HANDYMAN DID REPAIR IT WITHIN A WEEK AND WAS COURTEOUS ABOUT IT. WE WOULD CONSIDER HIRING THIS COMPANY AGAIN ONLY BECAUSE THEY DID MAKE THINGS RIGHT, ALTHOUGH IT TOOK US CALLING THEM THREE TIMES TO GET THE REPAIR SCHEDULED.
