Highly recommend Franos roofing. Great communication, they worked with our insurance company and sent in the paperwork. The crew arrived on time and did the tear off and replaced the roof in 1 day. They took care of the permit process and installed more roof vents to meet current codes.

Excellent Work--went above and beyond what was needed, fixing at no extra charge a secondary area of the roof that Insurance didn't include in their estimate. I honestly can recommend Arek to anyone. He's an honest, on time and reliable contractor. What was especially important to me ,was how clean they left my project. I had brand new landscaping installed and to my surprise it was left untouched. I couldn't find any trace of debris, after they were done. Other aspect is the way how flashings and other important but less visible aspects were addressed. Prep is extremely important part of any successful project. He used quality material that are superior to what most roofers use. He also took care of my insurance claim and as a result the project went very smooth. I am a general contractor and work with a lot of contractors. I can surely say that it was a very good experience to work with him. There are many guys who just work, but some take pride in what they do. I always look for people from the second group....
