Arek is a professional. He climbed onto the roof to inspect it. Explained what was needed and gave suggestions and answered any questions. Samples of the various materials were provided. He and his crew were prompt. The job was completed and the area completely cleaned. Arek took care of some additional items that most contractors wouldn't have considered. A detailed contract for services. Arek is quick to respond to messages. He meets with you at the end of the job to go over what was done and to make sure one is satisfy with the work. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. I called and they responded very very quickly. My calls were never left unanswered and any appointments were right on time or even early. The communication between myself and contractor were fantastic.

He came right out and was able to tell me right away what was wrong. He got it fixed extremely quickly and haven't had one leak since. He was very polite, courteous, and friendly.

I had a few companies come to give me an estimate. Arek was the only one to climb onto the roof; every other company gave their proposals from what they could see from the ground. Arek found wind and hail damage and told me to file a claim with our insurance company. I was thrilled to hear the entire roof was covered. The work was done quickly and the crew did a great job of cleaning up. There was some small damage done to a screen. It was repaired, again with no cost to us. I would highly recommend Franos Roofing.

Excellent service. They were very professional the whole time they were here. They protected our landscaping and cleaned up very well. Both roofs were done in one day. Felt like they were honest and trustworthy.

The proposed worked was to re pitch rear porch roof to a much stepper pitch by raising to the level where residence roof extended. Contractor stated he would be at job site on 3/10/18 at approx. 7:30 A.M. I called tenants to confirm this date and time and be aware contractor would be arriving to work. Instead contractor arrived on 3/09/18 at 7:30 A.M. arousing the tenants who were not expecting him this date and time. I confirmed to tenants to allow work to proceed. When I was available to meet contractor, I notified tenant to alert Contractor that I would be there momentarily. He choose to leave before I arrived. I inspected completed job and was not satisfied with the workmanship and the fact that dry rotted fascia, rafters were not replaced but were nailed over with new metal sheeting. into dry rot wood. I requested contractor to meet me a job site to discuss modification and changes to the repairs. He refused, thus leading to explicit text threats and racial insults. Issues have not been satisfactorily resolved as of this review. Pending.

It didn't go at all. I phoned the office over a week ago. I spoke to a gentleman (whom I assume is the owner of the business). I described the job, and he said he was interested. He agreed to call me in a couple of days. He didn't, and still has not. Today, I phoned his office again, and inquired as to why he had failed to call me back. After a short pause, he remembered my job. I asked him why he had not called me back. He said he forgot. Then, I asked him if he is still interested in the job. Because, I said, if he is not interested, I could easily find someone else. He then hung up on me. I immediately called back, but my call was directed to an answering machine or service. I then explained that I would report this to Angie's List, and offer a most unfavorable review. I then hung up.

We really had a major re-roofing job, a flat roof that had two layers of old roofing and gravel that needed to be completely torn off, a chimney, para pitt wall needed to be rebuilt and tuck pointed. Arek from Franos was very professional, he returned all calls in a timely manner, he was very punctual with his promised time frame, and his crew was very polite. He was licensed and bonded offered a warranty on material and labor. The job and roof was well done. Very satisfied, I would highly recommend Arek at Franos.

It was a simple fix that took 5 minutes - he did not charge me because it only took a few minutes and I was local... I will need to replace the roof next year and it is this type of service and responsiveness that will earn them that business!

I loved their professionalism. I had no problem with them at all, what I wanted I received. They work within their estimated time frame, and work between hours that fit my schedule. They are organized and cleaned after themselves, did not find any problems with them and would highly recommend them.

I called around; one guy not on Angie's List said he would come and take a look. He never showed up. After waiting a week, in rainy April, I called some roofers on Angie's List close to our home. Franos Roofing, answered the phone, I didn't have to leave voicemail. They said they would be at the house in two days, to take a look. A young man showed up on the appointed day, a little later than expected. When he saw the small-scale repair, and knew I had shingles in the garage, he said how about if I do it right now? I said, sure, how much? He said $60 and I agreed and he got right to work. About 30 minutes later, the roof was repaired.

I had roofing done on my house on May 18, 2016, and I would say that I had the most AMAZING experience ever! My house is an older home from the 1970's. The roof was damaged from the storm. I called Franos Roofing, and they were very fast in responding. Franos Roofing Management negotiated a great deal with me. Within a couple of days, they started working on the roof. The workers were very kind and professional while working on my roof. They are very fast and reliable. The roof came out better than expected. The workers were very professional, clean, respectable and safe. I would HIGHLY reccommend Franos Roofing. GREAT WORK FOR GREAT PRICE!

they tear down whole roof and installing shingles about one day very professional work,after they finished clean everything also roof looks very nice.I recommend this company for other people
