Service was same day as estimate, which i loved because i had a raccoon put a hole in my roof that needed to be repaired right away and they did just that.

Eric did a great job with providing me with a free estimate and answering all my questions. He gave me a bunch of tips that helped me when I discussed things with the insurance company. Eric was available to respond to my questions and the price he quoted was better then most. If I had future roofing needs I would definitely give Franos roofing a call. I think you would make a great choice by choosing Eric/ Franos roofing!

Arek was wonderful to work with. Always answered any question I had, via text or call very quickly. His crew worked very efficiently to replace my 36 square roof in minimal time. Franos roofing is AWESOME!! Arek is very professional! We need a roof on my mom's house. I called Franos roofing Arek came out and meet with the insurance company got the work approved and a week later the work was done. The roofing crew was AWESONE to!!! They did an excellent clean up and they really pay attention to the small details!! They even put a matching roof on her dog house! Her roof looks great!! I would definitely hire them again and I would highly recommend them! Thanks Arek for such a great job!!!!!

Eric was very professional and is an expert. He was able to negotiate with my insurance company, pointing out to their adjuster all the evidence of storm and hail damage to my roof. He rearranged his schedule to come out to meet with them at 7am on a very short notice. His expertise resulted in my insurance company covering the cost. I highly recommend him and his company for all your roofing needs. His team was just as skilled and efficient as he and they left my property very neat and clean, nothing was left behind. My roof, skylights, gutters, and downspouts are all perfect and I have not had any problems with anything. You can not go wrong with hiring Eric and his team, you will be pleased.

Eric was right on-time for the estimate. He pointed out a few potential causes for our leak that I had not noticed and even did a free spot repair on a potential leak site during his estimate. He was courteous and punctual and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I highly recommend.

We called Franos Construction and requested a repair quote. Arek responded promptly, surveyed the damage and gave us a reasonable estimate. He arrived on the scheduled date on time, finished the job and left the soffit looking better than when it was originally installed! He also noted that our roof had suffered weather damage as well and showed us the hail dents and loose shingles. Our insurance adjuster is coming to inspect it next week. We will use Franos Construction for that repair as well. All around great experience.

Franos and his team were terrific to work with. In bidding process not only was he cheapest but he spent the most time with me discussing options and how to save the most and get a good product. They did the work as described and on time. Even working weekends to get caught up after two days of hard rain. After he wouldn’t take final payment until we had a chance to go over the project. It was complicated in that we used copper flashing along the entire edge of the flat roof to cover up brick that had adhesive attached from the prior roof. He created this solution and it looks really nice. Very good experience.

Arek is a professional. He climbed onto the roof to inspect it. Explained what was needed and gave suggestions and answered any questions. Samples of the various materials were provided. He and his crew were prompt. The job was completed and the area completely cleaned. Arek took care of some additional items that most contractors wouldn't have considered. A detailed contract for services. Arek is quick to respond to messages. He meets with you at the end of the job to go over what was done and to make sure one is satisfy with the work.
