The workman - William contacted me and we set an appointment for the work promptly. He installed the timer switch perfectly and shoed me how to use it. He took all the time needed and answered all my questions. You could tell he was an experienced worker.

We had a most positive experience with William. He identified the problem with our kitchen light/fan, made a trip to a local store to get the needed part, and efficiently repaired it.
