Great service. These people know what they are doing. My only issue was the cost. Way more than anticipated. And yes, they are coming back to do additional work for me, because I feel Iâ m in very capable hands. I have more work to be done but will have to wait until I can justify the cost. The essential work was completed and Iâ m glad of their efficiency. Cross Country Electric was the first to respond to my inquiries.

I didn't submit to other quotes inasmuch as he was the first one to respond. I will assume that other quotes might have been less in cost, but I felt the immediacy of the condition (two new attic fans) was the issue at hand. Replacing those before the heat of summer was an imperative. He was speedy, efficient and I would certainly use him again. No one seems to be in the trades any longer and we are lucky if we can find someone willing to do what we can longer do ourselves.

Asked him to do what I Wanted a certain way and he just did it the simplest way possible to him regardless of what I wanted.

The electrician did a good job but I am priced out as their customer. After the work was performed, I had three other quotes for better rates and could do additional work for less than what i was told from CCE. Beyond price, they were attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable.

He was able to figure out the wiring issue I had and get everything working. Very professional and a pleasure to hire.

I needed one fixture installed and a bathroom fan re-installed after an error from a previously hired electrician. He came at his earliest convenience, quoted what I consider to be a fair price, and took care of both issues within 90 minutes. I will definitely keep him in mind for a separate project I am considering for the spring.

I hired Cross Country Electric to fix a built in door bell. I got their name from Angie's List (Angi). They called me,came out to inspect the bell and fixed it all in the same day. The service guy was extremely profession,polite,professional,, about my specific issue and fast. I will hire them again in the future!!

Quoted price of 260 then charged 400 for changing two outlets. Charged 150 just for service callout.

Very quick to respond. Came out, gave price immediatly. Work done then and there. My new go to guy. Professional and quick. 20 stars.

Excellent service at a great price! We got two light fixtures installed and two dimmer switches. William was quick, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using their service again and would highly recommend.

Called to get an estimate on cost for gfi replacement after a storm fried the gfi for our pool. Followed up quickly, and set an appointment for the next day. Showed up right on time, and walked me through cause of issue, and what he could do to better protect the outlet from having this issue again. Completed job quickly, and was great to work with. Great price as well!

Good work, fairly neat, wore booties, was on time, seemed knowledgeable. Usually, the service charge/travel fee whatever you want to call it is subtracted from the actual work. At least that is my experience in 20 years working with contractors. I ended up spending just shy of 500.00 for about an hour of work. In the end, the ceiling fan did not work...manufacturer issue. No fault of the hired contractor of course. My point is if I had spent 200 or less I could totally see an additional charge to come back and put a replacement fan up for sure. I just feel charging an additional fee when I already paid 75 service fee and just under 500 you would think, just to earn a referral or additional work I would get a **normally we charge xx but as a new client just call me when you get a new fan and I will gladly put it up for you**. It would not have cost them any $$ maybe 15 min of their time, and I would be writing a WOW review instead of a Good review. Great work, do not let my quirky way of doing business at my place defer you from hiring them. I just believe in over-serving for the greater good in my business and I always eat costs but gain many referrals and recommendations based on this philosophy. All is great, bought a new fan, took me 20 minutes takedown malfunction fan, and put up are one myself, I sleep with a nice cool breeze!

William did a wonderful job on our electrical work in our house. He added 5 can lights, ran 2 connection from our breaker box for our dishwasher and garbage disposal. He got everything done in 1 day! I was very impressed. William does the job right the first time and makes sure everything is installed properly. It is over a year later, and we have had zero issues. I would highly recommend William!
