William responded promptly to my call for help in troubleshooting a GFI problem in bathroom. Very courteous, quick, and helpful. I will go to him again.

I was grossly overcharged for the services that I received.There was no contract signed or list of services to be performed.He installed 6 under cabinet lights of which only 3 are working.Half of the wiring had been installed before he started the job.He also installed 3 GFCI plugs that are not working even after I had the carpenter reset them 3 times. He did not install an extra circuit as Ihad requested but jammed 4 outlets and 1switch on 1 circuit;installed 2 can light that had been previously cut and wired;wired and covered 1 outlet;hung 1 fixture and left the walls to be dry walled. Iwas charged $1600 for this ,$800 for materials which was not spent,$800 for labor. I am a senior citizen and feel that I have been exploited. Ihad other estimates but because of the time I had to get this done. I did contact William to let him of my problem but he insisted that he had completed the work correctly. I used this website because I felt that I could get competent professional persons.It has not been the case here.
