I spent so much money for a ceiling fan already and he charge me three times already hasn't fix the problem.

It was a good experience. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and on time. Very responsive in communicating. He even looked at something not in the request and did that minor repair.

William answered my original call immediately, listened to what I needed, then assured me he would be able to do the job. He came to my house the next day to measure and see how the old fan was installed. I gave him a down payment so he could purchase the fan. He did not provide a cost proposal, stating this is an unusual job and he did not know how long it would take. He called the next day to describe fans that he found, then bought a nice commercial grade fan. However, the fan was slightly larger than the previous one so installation took much longer than anticipated. He wanted payment at the end of each day which unusual but we complied. He returned with new shutters. He ordered the wrong one and used old ones but had to do more patch work. We believe this job was overwhelming and beyond his expertise but he improvised and completed the installation.
