A-OK Glass, Metal & Mirror Inc.

This past week the mirror fell from the wall. With this large of a mirror, had someone been in the washroom with it when it fell, they would have been seriously injured, or worse. I reached out to the company that installed it for me, and they have decided that they are not responsible for the mirror falling, saying that they followed the industry standard. I just think the company should mention that this sort of problem may occur, or use some sort of anchor to attach it to the wall more securely. They just don’t want to do anything, except pass the blame on (it is 4 years old, maybe kids were hitting it, etc…). I don’t know if it was faulty glue or what, but they will not even come out to look at it. This is a company that is not standing behind it's product.
