Tim was very helpful in reviewing our HVAC. Cleaned where needed and provided us with recap of furnace condition.

Tim was prompt and explained in detail what was wrong with furnace and how he fixed issues.

The technician made sure that my furnace was working properly and heat was coming out of each supply. I was looking for ways to distribute the heat and air more consistently through my two levels and he took the time to explain to me why I would have a tough time accomplishing that given the way my small Chicago condo was built. He let me know that moving the thermostat would help some and came back to me with what I think is a very reasonable quote. I will most likely move forward with that work.

Our furnace kept shutting off in the middle of the night. We keep it low (about 67-68) while we sleep. I got up to attend to our 8 month old baby to discover that the house was very cold, 62 and dropping. My wife went through the minor things one can do before calling. She discovered that even though the even though the circuit breaker had not been tripped, if we switched it off and on the furnace would kick back in. This would last for about 2-3 hours and it then shut off again. I called at 8am and was told the tech would show up between 9:30-10:30am. He showed up at 9:28am. Was there about an hour total and everything has been working fine since. He took the time to explain that flame sensor inside the furnace had become insensitive and was sending a signal to the computer to shut off the gas. He replaced it and waited an extra 15-20 minutes to make sure that it was operating properly before leaving. The total charge for both service all and replacement sensor was $130. I have no basis for what these things should cost so I can't say if the are good price or not and he did not break down the costs on the invoice. Otherwise, he was punctual, polite and professional. Very glad that they were able to respond so quickly.

We needed a new central air unit and decided to do the furnace at the same time, as it was 14 yrs. old. This is the only company I found that participated in both the high efficiency rebate program and the 4.99% financing deal with ComEd. They came on a Saturday, which worked well for us because I work at home. They arrived right when they said that they would. There were 4 technicians here and they finished the job in 6 1/2 hrs. I thought that it would take much longer. They were extremely professional, courteous and neat. They put covering down from the front door to the furnace closet and completely cleaned everything up. I couldn't be more impressed.

The service worker who came out some how magically found a small tiny break in a wire controlling the electricals responsible for regulating the furnance's operations. It was amazing that he found it. He seemed to know where to look and what to do because there were like dozens of wires running in every direction in my basement drop down ceiling. There was no attempt to hoodwinke into spending more money than necessary. This is one of the MAIN reason I return time and time again to this company when I need service for my home's heating components.

The entire experience was wonderful. The company's owner knows his business! He explained everything to us in detail. The work crew was very good and they really seemed to care about our house. The entire install was completed in 1 day and they were very neat and cleaned-up everything. Our multilevel (4) house has never been cooled so well! We realize now that the former 26 year old unit was never big enough for our house. We are very happy with the units that he recommended to us and we look forward to lower utility bills too.They were personally recommended to us and we will be recommending them to everyone we know!

. All it took for them to show up in 95 degree weather was one call. I could tell they care for their clients. 2 men that showed up were very professional & knowledgable. I never had any problems since. I also had them clean the air vents shortly after that. You wouldn't believe the stuff that came out the vents. Good company, pleasant service. Just good overall experience. I can't remember the exact pricing but they were very affordable. I appreciated the fact that they didn't charge me extra to come in heat season :)
