Description of Work: The company originally scheduled the service the day after I purchased this deal. They didn't show up for the appointment, so I called and they apologized for the oversight. They rescheduled for later that day, but then called and had to cancel due to a traffic accident on the highway. They said that the would call me back to reschedule, but they never did. I called two weeks later to schedule again and they stated that they did not provide the service which I had purchased (an A/C tune-up). I stated that I had an Angie's list deal and had scheduled this appointment twice before. A new person came to the phone and scheduled the service for this week. On the day of this week, no one came. I called and they stated that they had written the appointment down for a different day. I asked for a refund, which they agreed to. However, the refund has not appeared and now I have to go through these steps with Angie's List to initiate the refund. This has been one big headache.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon and scheduled an appointment with the company. On the date of the appointment they never showed up or called me. I contacted them and they told me that they stopped accepting the coupon on May 1st, even though I purchased it later than then on May 6th. Either way they refused to acknowledge the coupon I bought and didn't tell me this until they didn't show up for their service appointment.

Description of Work: Mr.John came to provide the service of installing the humidifier for the whole house. He was very gentle, concerned and excellent in providing the service. He was extremely patient in getting rid of the old equipments and installed the new humidifer carefully. It was amazing experience to see the new difference as the house was installed with the new humidifier. He did job worth of more than 600 dollars just for 299 through his company. Excellent job by John. I would recommend him and his company to my friends. Thank you very much. God bless your good work.
