This guy was a subcontractor. The installation was adequate- no more- however- after tearing out my floor- he than told me the doors needed additional cutting and charged me $45.00. Than when he reconnected the waterline to the refrigerator- he did a slipshod job and caused a huge leak that buckled the new floor and destroyed my basement. After contacting the original flooring company we agreed that repairs would be made and Shawn would pay for them. How ever, he than made 3 separate appts. that he failed to \make or call. I than found my own contractor for the repairs and he still took another week to get back to them to agree to the estimate and sign off. He only did this after I again contacted the original flooring company. As the repairs are being completed he has yet to return phone calls from this contractor concerning this job. I would NEVER let this guy in my house again.
