I met with Mike to discuss project scope and cost of rough plumbing work needed for rehab home. Mike and I agreed to time and material for job. He went so far as to speak with local inspector to verify what work he expected from the job and this turned out to be a minimal amount of effort for Mike. During this last conversation, Mike stated it would be two days of work and he needed about a week to finish off a current job. This was no problem on my end as there were other items to get too. After a week+, I did not hear back from Mike. I called numerous times without a SINGLE response from Mike. I tried to stay with Mike as it would be more hassle to estimate again with other plumbers and then get on their schedule. His lack of professionalism and integrity disappointed me. My initial impression of Mike was that he was a stand up guy, so that added to my frustration. My view of him now is... well, you can imagine.

I found that a foil broiler pan that I had used to prepare dinner had fallen into the sink and all of the cooked meat drippings (grease) had stopped up the drain. I had used this provider before so I contacted him and relayed what happened. He came out and cleared the clog. He was again very personable and professional; arrived on time and left no mess.

I called around and got prices from various providers. All were in about the same range. I chose Kime Plumbing because the owner, Mike, was more down-to-earth and explained things to me in terms that I understood, including options and why it was better to do one thing over another. He was more personable and seemed to be knowledgeable in all things plumbing (smile). I thought he would do a great job and he did. He was prompt, courteous, professional, neat and got the job done right the first time. I am very satisfied with the results and will definitely use him again in the future.
