One of the worst customer services experiences I've ever had! I don't care what TV show you've been on, no company can afford to drop the ball when it comes to keeping promises and returning phone calls. They installed $10,000 worth of granite counter tops in 2016 but did not seal it correctly. Their employee Brad, even said they must have used the wrong sealer on it. When we bought the house in 2017 the granite was stained and scratched. Initially Brad said they would come fix it for a small fee. Then, he never called me back nor did he return the numerous messages I left for him. I ended up leaving a message for their installer who also never called me back. As a last resort, I left a message for their owner and/or manager stating I wanted to talk to one of them before I posted a review. Still no call back. I guess they don't need business bad enough to return calls or stand behind their work. I contacted Lowe's, where the granite was purchased, and shared my experience with them as well.
