Grundy County Septic & Sewer

This was a huge job - I was impressed with how they were very punctual and how they took their time to fully explain every detail. They explained why this large of a replacement was needed versus alternatives, they gave me a breakdown of costs right away, they were very nice and courteous. They set up appointments with the health department and with the utility locating company so I did not have to do any additional calling around. They even stopped what they were doing and had the utility company come back out when my husband realized that one of the utilities (cable) did not get marked. They waited until the utility was correctly marked and they altered their digging plans to make sure they were doing what was in MY best interest. They contained their digging only to the area they needed to dig in, they were very respectful with their equipment and didn't hurt any other part of my yard and didn't get too close to my house. When they finished they gave me a tour of their work and explained how the new system is functioning. Later that night, when it was brought to his attention, the owner called me back to let me know that during the work he thinks that the pump may have possibly gotten bumped and could be cracked. He told me that he would come right out and replace it with a brand new one and he apologized that he didn't know that happened until later. My respect for him went through the roof - first of all to call and tell me what happened being completely honest and second to immediately rectify the situation. First words that come to my mind about them are: Honest, Respectful, Punctual, Detailed, Thorough Explanations and Quality Work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone within Grundy County, IL limits who needs any kind of septic repair!
