We scheduled the porch first and had their work cut out for them putting new decking and railing over a two tier concrete porch. They even covered the face and ends of the porch with decking, which they suggested to give it the custom finished look. Then scheduled the overhang for early fall. The Approx. estimate is for both , the overhang was $3,750. the porch $7,800. They exceeded our expectations of the appearance it made to our house. We told them what we wanted and with their input/suggestions we could not have been happier with the results. They were very professional through out the whole project keeping us up to date of any need for rescheduling, delay in shipments etc. and watching them at different times you could see they had good work ethics and pride in their work. When they finished, they cleaned up so thourghly one wouldn't know they had even been there. We highly recommend Len & Robert Construction. We will have another project for them next year.

Great. the problem that was that our 80 # dog, Jake, dug under the chain link fence and got out whenever he wanted. I had contacted about 3 fence places initially, they all had suggestions on how to resolve the situation, but none of them came out to view the area. I then contacted Jeff of Len Roberts construction. I told him of one suggestion that a fence company had made that sounded reasonable to me. he came out, looked at the area and said he would take on the job. he advised me before he started that there was no guarantee that it would keep the dog in. Soon after completion of the project, Jake started digging in about 4 different places. I filled the holes with some of his feces and dirt. and he has not dug any holes in the last 3 months. the best things about Jeff were: he told us when he would be coming out and he came then, unless it was raining. then he would call to tell us that they wouldn't be able to work when it was raining. his crew was professional. they cleaned up all debris He had originally told us it would cost about $2120, but the work went faster than expected, and he only charged us $1820.
