+ 1 moreThe Geek Squad members made several calls days and hours before the appointment as well as left a cell phone number to contact the installer personally prior to them arriving, no customer service number, but the actual Geek Squad member that was going to be there doing the work. Before starting any work they completely inspected the site where the TV was to be hung, although very professional, they were very approachable and made conversation, felt like I had some trusted friends over to do the installation. When they finished they cleaned the area completely and were on their way. Simple and easy, spending that much money was worth it.
Description of Work: Installed my flat screen tv into my rock faced fireplace.
