The receptionist was very friendly,answered my questions and took down all of my information. When the gravel was delivered, they verified the location where I wanted it dumped and were very respectful of my property. The architect's I spoke to, David Cook and Art Mantoan were very receptive to my ideas for a Memorial Brick Walkway. They used my ideas with their own suggestions to make a mock up drawing for me to approve. I have seen their previous work and was really pleased. Pre-planning work for the brick walkway has started and is planned to be finished by October. I will post more about that in another review.

They started the patio on a Monday and it was finished on that Friday. From the beginning I was very pleased with their service and commitment to finish my patio.They were exceptionally creative with the design. I have had it for a little over a year and it is still looks like it was just put in. The crew kept my yard clean though out the whole project. Given the quality of the work I think the price was reasonable. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend it to all!

First contacted them in early May about some work. Came out around 5/12 and had and estimate on 5/13. I called on 5/13 and we agreed upon the work. I did not hear anything for 6 weeks. I called them back and they said the did not have the right phone number and had tried to get a hold on me. The told me they would do the work the next week. Well the next week went by and I called them again. They apologized and said 3 workers would be out Monday. Nobody came. I am totally disgusted with this company, they did not communicate with me at all and never ever did what they said they would do. I would think seriously if I were you about using this company.

They were personable and did good work.
