Whole House Cleaning & Restoration

The service was poor from start to finish. Crew did not arrive on time except for one cleaner . The scope was reviewed in person with owners and crew had no idea what was included! Carpets were not vacuumed; surfaces were not cleaned with furniture Polish ; baseboards were only partly cleaned ; and kitchen table was damaged! For nearly 500 bucks I expect clean and got Partial House cleaned not Whole House Unless you intend to clean house yourself after they leave hire another company!

I just needed a carpet vacuumed and dusting for an empty house being sold. What I got was SO much more. Margarita cleaned that place from top to bottom. There were stains in the bathtub from a drip that had been there for months. I could only get some. She got them all. Left over ring in the toilet? Gone. Hard word floors that had been covered for 60 years? Shining. Appliances cleaned. She went in the closed, dusted the bannister. I was so impressed. 4 hours for $160. A bargain at any rate.

They were on time and addressed my main areas of concern. The workers were nice and professional. My house was spotless and smelled great! Will be using them again!

Whole House cleaning was absolutely fabulous. The young lady that came was professional and very detailed. She was mindful of social distancing and wore a mask the entire time. I will definitely be using them again.

Had 2 bathrooms, major appliances, kitchen cabinets done. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They even mopped the kitchen floor which I had not requested. I will definitely use them again and/or recommend their services.

James and team did a great job cleaning my moms house. She said she's never seen her bathtub so clean in her life and she could breathe easier the moment she entered the home! Kudos to the cleaning team, my mom has terrible allergies and she felt so much better post visit.

I HIGHLY recommend this service WITHOUT ANY RESERVATION! The gentlemen showed up early and did a PHENOMENAL job! They were attentive, thorough, efficient, and careful! They were a true one-stop shop. The ENTIRE home was cleaned AND the carpets cleaned and disinfected...for an additional nominal fee. I will use this service AGAIN! If you're considering them, SECURE THEIR SERVICES ASAP!!!!!!!!

I would NOT recommend Whole House Cleaning. I spoke with James and made an appointment for house cleaning for a Saturday morning. Nobody ever showed. I expressed my dismay to James and he said I could reschedule for Monday and he would get back to me with availability. He never reached back out with available times so I called and texted him... no response. His phone went to voicemail every time and his mailbox was full. So unprofessional. I am incredibly disappointed because I have family coming over and now have to do all the cleaning myself. Do not use this service! unreliable.

I hired James and his crew to do a deep clean of my entire house prior to a large event I was holding. They were prompt and professional. They spoke English, which was nice because I had certain instructions I wanted followed to a T. They paid special attention to all the details of the home. They even worked around my dogs, who do not like to be caged. Everything was done beyond my satisfaction. I got them from a coupon on SaveOn.com and was a bit nervous, but everything was terrific. They also carpet clean so I will definitely have them back for that and my cleaning needs.

Price - For a two bedroom, two bathroom condo I have been paying $60 per cleaning service. So the price has been very affordable. Punctuality - They usually give a three hour window and I haven't had them show up outside of this window yet. Quality - I had one instance where I thought they could've cleaned underneath the kitchen table better. I mentioned it to them the next time I had them clean my place and it hasn't been an issue since. Floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, appliances, and the kitchen are always done well and smell fresh after the cleaning. Responsiveness: James does a good job of getting back to you within 24 hours. Professionalism: Appreciate that they always wear shoe booties when they enter my home. Had one instance where one of the people who came to clean had obviously smoked a cigarette in her car right before the cleaning so my house smelled like smoke for a few hours. Besides that one episode, they've been professional and courteous. Overall: I think they've come by to clean my home now about 4 or 5 times. One of those experiences was bad while the other 3-4 have been really good. I'd recommend not getting discouraged if you have one bad experience (I guess you could say that with most service industry companies though).

Whole House cleans my house once a month. I find the cleaner or cleaners, varies between one and two from month to month, to be reliable, methodical, responsive to reasonable requests. The house always smells great once they are done.
