We had sent him a fax and spoke to the owner about some of the work that needed to be fixed, one window did not lock, the main bathroom toilet was wobbly and needed to be re-secured. He did not use a beeswax ring and there was waste leaking through the sub floor into the basement. The basement floor paint was peeling up due to the fact that there was a leak in the copper plumbing he installed. The kitchen faucet did not work, the sprayer did not work, the plumbing in the basement near the laundry sink was leaking in various joints where they were soddered together. Did not install the washer/dryer hook up to the sink per our agreement. We had already paid him in full, and put in writing that he would come back and finish up the work. Work was finished 54 days late. The owner Donald Mack said he would give us a $987 credit, could be paid off on labor to finish the work. Since then we have been unable to reach him by phone. With additional work we had to contract out, he owes us $1600.
