+ 0 moreSteam;n Mad did a great job. They showed up on time with two trucks and two extra employees. The work was done quickly and very though. The spend a lot of extra time in problem areas and the carpet looked very good when they got done. The clean up at the end was very fast as well. I would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning or furniture cleaning.
Description of Work: Our carpet is the original carpet from when the house was new in 1995 and we have plans to replace it in the next few months so we have put off having it cleaned. Family from out of town decided to visit so we needed to do something quickly. I had driven past Steam'n Mad several times and noticed how clean and professional the trucks looked so I thought I would give them a try. They cleaned the carpet which includes several flights of stairs and my very soiled Laz-Boy Chair.

+ 0 moreI have used them in the past. The work was wonderful. They are quick and punctual. They do a thorough job. They will discuss with you in detail the kind of fabric it is and how to spot clean it yourself. They are friendly and good with my kids and pets. They clean up after themselves.
