+ -1 moreAbout 8 years ago, after a brutal series of flooding rains, we started getting water in our finished basement. Eventually over the years it became a huge problem whenever there was significant rain, which happened frequently. In August 2018 we unfinished the impacted part of the basement and obtained quotes for a repair. Seepageseal was by far the most responsive and most reasonable. They did not press us into a large scale expensive solution. They installed a vapor barrier and drain tiles, in addition to a sump pump. They brought in an experienced team that quickly, cleanly and efficiently completed the installation. It is now April 2019 and we have endured numerous rain storms that have flooded our neighbors basements. Their solution has proven 100% successful. We highly recommend this company.

+ -1 moreThey were great, very professional, fast, quality, clean work. I had other cracks done from US Waterproofing and quotes from Permaseal and I would use Seepageseal over them again for sure. It was obvious they knew their stuff. I wish I used them for the other work I had done.

Description of Work: Needed an inspection and quote for cracks in the foundation and bowed wall. Came out next day to inspect. Told us all is well, but could do a few things if necessary. Not pushy on sale and gave multiple pricing options for different fixes. Even recommended the most economical fix and very knowledgeable about the recommendations.

+ 2 moreGuys showed up when they said they will. Everything that needed to be done in the crawlspace was done in one day. With people working with dirt and going in and out it got quite messy. However by the time they were ready to leave all was cleaned up and looked as if nothing had happened. One person had to come back the next day and install the draitile along one of the walls on the outside. That was whole days worth of work but I did not have to be home as it was done on the outside. I still don't get why they call plastic pipe "Draintile" but it doesn't matter - it woks anyway. Crawlspace is dry and clean now. THANKS
