+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE A REGULAR STORE, BUT THEY WON'T EVEN TALK TO YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. IN FACT, THEY WERE PRETTY RUDE IN TELLING US THIS. WHO MAKES AN APPOINTMENT TO LOOK AT TILE OR CARPET?????! ALSO, ONCE THE JOB WAS DONE, THEY WOULD ONLY COME BACK ONCE TO MAKE REPAIRS--THAT'S IT. NOT MUCH OF A WARRANTY IF YOU ASK ME. WHEN I DID CALL TO SCHEDULE THAT ONE APPOINTMENT THEY WOULD ONLY GIVE ME A TIME WINDOW SUCH AS 8 AM TO 1 PM--LIKE THE CABLE PEOPLE. FOR PEOPLE WHO WERE SUCH STICKLERS ABOUT HAVING AN APPOINTMENT IN THEIR STORE, THEY WERE COMPLETELY UNWILLING TO RETURN THE FAVOR WHEN IT CAME TIME TO SERVICE THEIR OWN JOBS. FURTHERMORE, THEIR STORE DISPLAYS WERE REALLY OUTDATED AND THEIR SELECTION WASN'T THE BEST.
Description of Work: INSTALLED CERAMIC TILE IN 3 BATHROOMS AND SHEET VINYL FLOORING IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN COORDINATING THE DESIGN AND TYPE OF TILES NEEDS IN OUR BATHROOMS. THEY CAME OUT AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS OF THE HOUSE SETTLING AND REPAIRED CRACKED TILES AND REGROUTED ANY AREA NEEDED. WORKER WAS VERY FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: TILED MY 2 BATHROOMS.
