Update, Now I receive the following from Reliable. I love the name calling and threats. If this is how they treat me, how will they treat you, best advice is to find a different contractor. Mr. Nelson - Reliable Exteriors, Inc. has never been contracted with you, nor have we ever warrantied any type of work related to your name/home. Our websites & other online artworks are only there to show the color / styles that are possible from such choices. You will be held accountable for your empty threats & the false information that you’ve posted online. You’ve clearly contracted directly with Gem Exteriors. Though you’ve lied & stated that you were contracted with Reliable Exteriors, Inc. You may be able to bully your family & anyone else that you encounter, but your small minded Napoleon complex is nothing that remotely terrifies us. Consider this your last & final warning. If your false accusations are not removed off of the online platforms, we will be suing you for defamation & several other laws that you’ve violated. Any other conversations that you feel that you have the “Right” to have with us, will only be done through our law firm. I have called at least 10 times and left messages and neither Lorenzo or any one else seems to think I am worthy of a call back. I guess I will have to hire another contractor and sue Reliable for the costs of the repair of their shoddy work. In response to the reply....... If I never contracted with Reliable, Then WHY do you have a picture of my house on your web site? Gem exteriors was fired and is out of business. Reliable started the job as sub-contractor and finished the job as the contractor. I have the signed contract with Reliable on company letter head, so Reliable did in fact contract with me directly. I have the signed contract. AND I have contacted Reliable, just called again today, phone records to prove all attempts to call. Please at least tell the truth in your reply to reviews.

He was very professional. He provided a very detailed estimate and stuck to it. He was very timely, They handled business very smoothly.
