Inclusive of exterior/interior, electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, gas and water. The inspection is comprehensive in determining property condition, not property value. my report provides the buyer/seller with valuable information and knowledge, facilitating you in the decision making process and resulting in confidence and peace of mind. I work for you in an objective, impartial, non-biased and confidential manner. I pride myself in providing an inspection of superior quality, value and reliability that serves as a benchmark in the home inspection industry. Educating my clients during the inspection is of the utmost importance. Your attendance is encouraged to see first hand all that is described in my report and to answer any questions that you might have.

It went very, very well. Leroy is very knowledgeable about giving you the info you need in provider you with the home inspection. He provided me 2 1/2 hours of service and he has the most reasonable prices than any other home inspector out there, He provides you with very detailed and quality paperwork. My contractors I informed me that he was a great choice for an home inspector. I will most definitely refer Premier Home and Building inspectors to all my friends and family. I will also use Leroy again on a few future inspection I will need in the future.
Description of Work: Leroy and his son came in and inspected a building that I'm in the process of purchasing. They provided me with 2 1/2 hours of great information I needed in making sure my new home is up to standards.
