Horrible! Company showed up with a trailer rather than a truck. When the trailer was full, they moved the furniture to new location, 3 miles away. They refused to go back and move the remaining items! When telling Roy, the owner, that I was happy to pay him to finish the job. He refused and said I had more than was originally agreed upon. He actually said this isn’t slavery where you can take advantage of my crew by adding items and expect them to work longer than expected. I was shocked by this response, especially in this racially charged climate in our country. I told him this us hardly slavery, when I’m paying you $210/hr. and expect to pay you for however long it takes to complete the move. He said he’d think about it and call me back. He never called me back. Later that evening, we realized our main flat screen TV was missing. I called and texted Roy letting him know. I recd a text 30 minutes later saying my TV was left in one of his crews car and he would bring it, but I needed to pay him for delivering it! This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. This owner should not be in a service industry as he has no commitment to customer satisfaction, rather blamed me for having more items. I treated his crew with respect, offering them coffee and morning pastries, and we made every effort to make the move organized and easy, even carrying small items out to the driveway. The most disturbing thing was this owners attitude. Beyond belief.

Fantastic. I've had several moves big and small in the past 10 years, and not one of them has gone well until Motion Transports arrived yesterday. Flawless move, professional, clean truck, pleasant people, used proper moving techniques. Called 30 minutes ahead of arrival and came on time. Very efficient in getting an appointment (less than 24 hours). Great experience.

The guys moved an upright piano for us. They wrapped up the piano with protective covering and had to carry it down steps. The friendly movers did a great job, very reliable and were easy to work with arranging the move. I highly recommend Motion Transport.

Well—they were exceptionally careful when disassembling the furniture and loading and unloading. Even with good care, they worked fast and got the job completed in record time. I was entirely satisfied.

This company was excellent , professional and prompt. There was a lot going on and they stayed professional thru out the process, I would definitely recommend them again.

The moving guys were great, courteous and got the job done fast. They moved my upright piano, big one piece entertainment center and a side by side fridge in less than an hour. They were very polite and cautious with our piano, wrapped everything in blankets and starch wrap. I would definitely hire them again and recommend to family and friends.

Roy and his crew were a dream to work with. They arrived right on time, had my customer's piano loaded onto my trailer in no time at all with no issues whatsoever.
