We contacted Florim because of the great reviews on Angies List and this is the guy to call if you need any demo work done. We were in an urgent need of help to demo our finished basement, and Florim was able to complete the work within a couple of days from our initial meeting. He was prompt, on time, and cleaned everything up after the demo. He was also very reasonable with his cost. He did everything he told us he would do and is true to his word! We highly recommend him for this line of work!

Working with Florim has been a pleasure. I asked him to demo the bathroom of a 1940s house. Which was built with cinder blocks, and cement. The bathroom was 5X7, with 3-4” Thick walls. He did not disappoint. A job that was expected to take 2-4 hours ended up taking 8+. Florim worked continuously and got the job done. Always communicative, and stayed in constant contact. Would hire these guys to do work for me in a heart beat.

Florim was great to work with! We had to wait for the permit to be approved by the county and once it was, we were able to schedule completion of the project in an acceptable timeframe. Prior to Florim starting the project, I had gone to the site and removed items I wanted to save. I thought I had everything but it was pretty packed and hard to see everything. I had a couple canoes there that I hadn't found a way to transport to my house. Florim came through for me and delivered them to my house! When he arrived, we were talking and he showed me a few of the items he had kept for himself which was previously agreed to. I was shocked to see a missing part to a WWI forger/sandblaster my grandfather had invented, patented, and had been used in WWI! I knew I was missing part of it but never thought it was still in the garage. Florim gave it to me and I now had the complete WWI forge, all the patent information, pictures of it in use in WWI, and sales literature. Just amazing! While this might be worth some money, we plan on donating it to a museum which would not have been possible without Florim. Would I recommend him? Absolutely!!!

WOW - TOP NOTCH. Florim was incredibly responsive from start to finish. I inquired about services in the middle of the night & he responded 3 hours later, apologizing for the delay (HA!) Came out right away & quoted on the spot. Stuck to his quote and then some - even when there was a bit more demo needed that initially thought. He & Chuck were on time both days for the demo, were nice as could be and cleaned up the demo mess so well that the place was probably cleaner than when they started. We've been fixing up homes for rent & flipping houses for 10 years and with all of the construction in those homes & in our own residence, I say with confidence that Landmark Demolition is the best of the best. Reasonably priced too. I would absolutely use them again (& will be soon for a tile job of 2 bathrooms - wall & floor tile, custom shower pan & entryway tile.) Florim was very reponsive to my initial inquiry, and was able to come the very next day to do the work. He completed the job and was accurate with the amount due based on his initial estimate. I would definitely hire him again if the need arose!

Florim and his helper worked tirelessly during those two and a half days to complete the job to perfection. And what truly amazed me the most was how unbelievably determined and upbeat they were. Not a moment of acting like they wished they hadn't taken this less than appealing job. They even thanked me for the work. Finding this kind of work ethic and attitude is a rarity these days. I have the utmost respect for Florim.

Florim was very quick to respond and very professional. He seems like a nice person. The demo itself went very smoothly and they were done in a few hours, and cleaned up after themselves. He pointed out a couple problem areas in the bathroom that I need to fix before renovating. I plan to have them do some more work for me.

It went well. It took a little longer than expected and underestimated how big of dumpster we needed. That was partly my fault. I said the basement had wood paneling but it turned out to have plank walls, which are thicker and heavier. Also, you don't really know what you're dealing with until you pull some layers back. The additional time and dumpster are understandable. Ultimately, I got what I wanted.

They were able to schedule the work for the very next morning, which was excellent. I'm very impressed that they even cleaned up after the demo and removed all of the refuse from our space. It was a daunting task but someone had to do it, that someone turned out to be Florim from Landmark Demolition. The first phase of our project was to gut a 1950's era split level home and prepare it for new framing. When I first met Florim to walk through the house to get his impression of the job he was very upbeat about the work that lay ahead and he was confident that he could get it done in a timely manner. His price was fair and he was able to fit the job into his busy schedule so we went ahead with him. We received our permit on the last day of the month, Florim and his crew started on time early the next morning and they didn't waste a minute. From the word go they began taking the house apart piece by piece and were careful to remove only the parts of the house that our plan called for. If there was ever a question or something that needed special care and attention Florim communicated it clearly and the work progressed. There were some unforeseen surprises over the course of the job that extended the project by a couple days but it was just the nature of the house and could not have been anticipated. Florim was meticulous. He worked the project as if he were working on his own home and that's what impressed me the most. He never once seemed like he was rushing to get the job done just so he could get paid. Even when it was clear that the project would be extended by a couple of days and I knew that he had other jobs waiting to be started. In the end he was true to his word and got the job done, leaving the house broom clean.

There are rare instances in our lives where people truly deliver a service that stands out and leaves a lasting impression, and which is worth sharing with others. This is one of them. I had a 24’x36’ pole barn that collapsed and needed to be demolished and removed, we have had our share of very bad services when we tried people outside of Angie’s List’s A List. So I went on Angie’s List and looked up three of the top rated companies for demolition. I was not asking the world, I wanted someone who is reasonable, trustworthy, easy to work with, and responsive. It is amazing how hard it is to find someone like that these days. From my search, Landmark was the top rated company in my 50 mile search radius, it was the only company that was both Angie’s List Certified and with a Super Service Award. I reached out to all three companies on Sunday, I got a response from Florim at Landmark within hours. By Monday, he was out at my home doing an assessment. Within an hour, I got an estimate for a fixed price contract including the roll-off dumpster. All my communications with Florim over phone, text, and email, have all been responsive and professional. I felt so comfortable with him that I went ahead with Landmark for the demolition instead of waiting for other estimates. To give an example of why I felt confident with Landmark, the barn is about 300 feet from the closest driveway. Most service provider would ask to have the dumpster placed right next to the barn. To do that, the truck would have to go through two horse paddocks and three set of gates. Florim suggested that he did not want the truck to leave ruts on my paddock or ruin the grass, and offered to have the dumpster placed by the garage, and they would carry all the debris from the barn to the driveway with a wheelbarrow. Thank god I took his advice, as the night after the dumpster was delivered, we had a severe storm and got almost an inch of rain. With a fully loaded dumpster and truck, it would have left some deep ruts in the paddock. Talk about treating someone’s property like your own! Within 5 days of my initial contact, Florim and his help arrived right on time. They quietly went about their work, within one day, the entire barn was completely disassembled. I had thought it would require a tractor with a grapple (as some had suggested), but his way of complete disassembly allowed every beam, board, doors, window, to be removed, cut, and stacked neatly in the dumpster. Had he used a grapple, it would easily have required another dumpster ($500 each) due to all the open space trapped within the debris, not to mention the damage on the lawn with all the back and forth trips, plus debris it would drop along the 300 ft journey (which goes over our kids play area and underground pipes to our pool). Talking about a nice guy. I had a number of horse fencing that were smashed by fallen tree limbs. It required the replacement of five 16’ boards, and a few other smaller sections. Since we have the dumpster already, I though it would be a great idea to also repair the fence. I asked Florim if he would take on the project even though it was not what he normally did, Florim offered to help without hesitation. The next day, he drove me to the lumber store to pick up the fencing (try bringing 16’ long fencing home in your car, it requires a truck with racks). When we got home, he spend a few hours to removed all the broken fencing, and cut and installed all the new fencing for me. The barn removal was completed in three days, I saw how hard it was, but Florim and his help was always present. And never complained about the amount of work required. He pulled out all the content trapped inside the collapsed barn, and disposed all the content that we did not want. Which is above and beyond what I expected from a demolition team. Talk about a nice guy, we just had our deck painted and our heavy grill was on the lawn. I asked Florim if he and his help could put it back on the deck, again, they helped me without any question. Now, the best part to show his character. All the extra work I asked him to do, including taking me to shop for fencing, removing old fencing, cutting and installing the new ones, cleaning out the content of the barn, moving the grill, and countless 600’ round trips to the dumpster with heavy debris. He did not ask any extra money for it, as he truly just want to help his customer out. I wrote him a check with some extra to show my appreciation, and he said it was too much! I insisted that he accept. Honestly, in my lifetime, I have rarely met a nicer person than Florim. This experience was not a job, but the creation of a new friendship. In summary, Florim at Landmark won me over. I would wholeheartedly recommend Landmark to anyone with demolition needs. You will not be disappointed. Oh by the way, want to know what happened to the other two top rated companies I contacted on Angie’s List? I never heard back from any of them.

We had the dead trees removed and disposed of in a timely manner, and for an affordable price.

Ended up being a very difficult job but Florin worked at it long hours until it was done on time. Hard working zero quit attitude. I would hire him or reference him again in a heartbeat.

Florim was extremely responsive and easy to work with. His crew was prompt, professional and answered all my questions before and after the tear down. When we found two baby raccoons under the floorboards, Florim and his crew waited while we called for help. The removal was perfect and not a trace of the old shed was left behind. Great! We originally had it scheduled for Saturday but the weather was not agreeable. It was rescheduled for the very next Monday and while we were at work the crew came over and dismantled the shed without any trouble!
