Florim was very responsive to my texts and emails. We had to reschedule several times due to weather issues, but finally were able to get a date that worked for both of us. They cleaned up the yard when work was finished and carted off all the debris.

Landmark demolition was tremendous. They removed siding and trim for us from a very old garage. Due to the age of the garage the work had to be done very carefully. Landmark did just that and more. The garage grew a bit unsteady with the siding being removed. They stuck around and helped my husband reinforce and secure it to insure it's stability. My Husband paid a bit additional for the extra help but they would only let him pay so much. We really appreciate their work and kindness. I would highly recommend them.

I met with the owner at one of my rehab houses on a Wednesday to look at the demo work with him. After looking at the project and agreeing on a price he said he would start on the following monday at 8am. On the following monday i received a call at 7:15am saying that he couldn't make it to the job because his guys didn't answer the phone. I asked why he couldn't start by himself and he kept making up excuses. Now I have to find another crew so i dont waste time and money. From my short experience with Landmark Demolition i can tell they are extremely unprofessional and dont have a true understanding of the construction industry. Dont waste your time with this company.

Very pleased with the service. They were on time, did an excellent job, and did it in a very timely manner.

I was contacted quickly after emailing and texting and was able to arrange a time for them to come to demolish my bathroom. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. They spent several hours removing bags of trash and large pieces of wallboard and worked diligently to remove a very heavy cast iron whirlpool tub, which they needed to break into small pieces to have it brought down the stairs. They did not complain or say there was something they couldn't do. They were polite and did the job much better than my husband and I could have done, and much faster. The room was relatively cleaned by the time they left and we were happy with the results. I would use them again if there was something needing removal.

Everything was done in a timely matter and I was pleased with the work.

The crew was on time, efficient and did the work as discussed.

It went well and as expected. Florim was very professional and easy to work with. He delivered what was agreed on before starting the job. After the job is done, he made sure all the debris were carefully cleaned up and bagged for removal. I would def hire him again in the future.

Our original tile guy never showed up so we called Florim at Lamdmark Demolition and he did an excellent job installing marble in our kitchen and utility room for a great price. Quality work at an affordable price.
