We also had to deal with an air conditioning issue. I don't remember now whether it was a thermostat or what, but it was an air conditioning fix that they provided, and that was August of last year.

What I really appreciated about Just Right is they are very responsive. Especially that time of the year, it is hard to get people to come out because they're just so super busy. I do recommend them and have for I would say decades, Just Right. I've lived here 30 years and used them 25 of the 30 years or something like that. It's quality work.

We have used them for over thirty years. They are honest, and tells us what we need. They don't try to do more that we need. They have been very fair. I am happy with them, and we would not change.

I have used this company for 10 years and I was a very satisfied customer. I worked with Jim for 9 of those years and just recently started to work with Rob. Both of them are very nice, however in my opinion the service levels that each provide are very different. I purchased a furnace and AC system from them in 2013. The install went fine and for 2 years I did not have a problem. In late August I saw my ceiling in the garage saturated and leaking. I had a plumber come out and search every fixture in this house for the source of the leak and he discovered that it was the air conditioner leaking. I called Just Right and they came out the next day. They said it was the blower speed was set too high and blowing the water so they turned down the blower speed--we had several very humid days and the system was running quite a bit. Later that day I still had a leaking ceiling and I called again and Rob came out a 2nd time. He adjusted the blower speed again and now this time the leak stopped, but the 3rd floor of my home was not cool at all--in fact it was a full 10 degrees warmer and muggy. I called him a 3rd time. It was Labor Day weekend and they were closed from 4pm on Friday until Tuesday. Rob called me back on Saturday morning and said that the duct work in my house is not big enough and that he would want to replace that to get more air flow. That would not be under warranty and that he would have to charge me and if that didn't work he would replace the coil which would be under warranty. We agreed that he would call me back on Tuesday after Labor Day to set up an appointment. I'm still waiting for that call.

had to get rescheduled twice as I did not have anything broken but once they came he was able to clean and restart my humidifier. On time. Answered my questions.

I thought they were fairly professional, but they just couldn't beat the quote that one of my dad's friends gave me. They were really nice. They were one of the top companies I was going to go with. It was just that dad's friend's company was $1000.00 cheaper. I would take a quote from them if I needed a quote for a similar service in the future.

Great! I have been using Just Right for many years to clean my furnace. They are on time, clean up after themselves. The indiviudal that cleaned my furnace asked me if a carbon monoxide detectors, and that question reminded me that I had planned to purchase a new one this year. That is the kind of service I like - an individual that is proactive and has their customers best interest at heart.

He came on time, removed his boots to keep our carpets clean, and did a thorough job inspecting my furnace and cleaning out each of my furnace's burners--my previous company did not even open up the burners to check or clean them! Honest and thorough--I will have Jim do all of my HVAC services from here on out.

GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THESE FOLKS. CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR ALL WORK TO BE DONE. THEY WERE LESS EXPENSIVE THAN 3 OTHER BIDS I RECEIVED. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE GUYS. I BELIEVE I GOT A FAIR DEAL AND A VERY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT.
