Description of Work: Change garbage disposal. 4 light fixtures. 1 door bell and fixed seal on the toilet.

+ 4 moreJohn was always in contact with me, has excellent communication and listens very well. He did an excellent job, everything was done as it should have been and he was very thorough and detail oriented. He even worked during the holidays and cleaned up very well after all of the work.
Description of Work: John installed an exterior door, all new sub-flooring, luxury vinyl plank flooring, all new baseboards and toe-kicks. He installed three bathroom vanities, fixtures and toilets. He also installed mosaic tile flooring in our master bathroom and ceramic tile flooring in another bathroom.

Description of Work: Preped family room floor, Installed new vinyl planking floating flooring, new baseboards, new quarte round and new trim around the the door openings.

+ 0 moreMy overall experience was exceptional. My minimum requirement is to do what you say you will do, when you say you will do it, to do a good job & clean up after yourself. He exceeded my expectations. He was on time, did what he promised, my kitchen was spotless, the floor was great.
Description of Work: He laid a tile floor in my kitchen. Dura ceramic (vinyl tile) laid with apoxy grout. He moved & reattached appliances, dryer, fridge, stove, & laundry sink.
