+ -1 moreJohn has cleaned out my gutters for years now and has always done a very thorough and professional job. He's honest and his rates are very reasonable, making him popular, so calling early for an appointment is a good thing. Having an old 1950 tri-level, that part of the attic is difficult to reach and work on, but John did a great job. They had to get up on ladders above the third floor and approach the job from the outside. They repaired the vent, secured it neatly with hardware cloth, it's now 6 months later and no raccoons have returned.
Description of Work: John and his assistant cleaned out all the gutters on both house and garage. Plus a raccoon had broken thru one of my attic vents and was attempting to turn the attic into a nice warm winter apartment. We had discouraged the raccoon from taking up housekeeping, but needed John to repair the vent and secure it so it didn't happen again, since raccoons often don't give up easily.
