Needed a limestone window sill adjusted so water would drip off the sill and outward, away from the house. Previous owner had poorly maintained weep holes. Jose replaced mortar caulking with true mortar and added rope wicks where they were absent. Swift and thorough job done by Jose and partner. Couldn't be happier. Pricing was reasonable.

Mr Rivas is a highly trained professional in his craft, which was clear from the very beginning. He listens well to customer concerns and never ignores questions. He was well recommended by a colleague in the school system as he fixed a leak on their home that even 2 other well known chimney companies could not fix when it continued to leak. I have not had a leak to date after Mr. Rivas fixed my chimney, and this work was done in October 2017. This home has had many rains and a lot of snow since. He not only went over the entire chimney area and looked for problems, but because I was new to fixing things, took a great of time to explain what was needed and what was not. He accommodated my school schedule. He and one other employee did the work, which took about a day, cleaned everything up and the chimney looked better than it had looked when the house was bought and, best of all, the leak is gone! I would recommend him not only for chimneys, but any kind of brick work. He's just that good! I have left his card with many colleagues. Rude, smug, arrogant. Requested an estimate that he sent to the Association instead of me individually. Multiple requests were ignored, saying at one point 'I'm with a customer, call me later.' We went with someone else. Lots of good providers out there, no need to sweat the amateurs...
